Autonomous pallet stacker. Ideal for heavy loads and high lifting heights. The L-MATIC HD is an automated pallet stacker. It lifts loads of up to 1600 kilograms and is particularly suitable for storage and retrieval of type 1 and 3 Euro pallets in wide-aisle warehouses. A version with a load capacity of 2000 kilograms is also available on request. Both variants reach lift heights of up to 3.5 meters. The interaction between powerful hardware and intelligent software results in significant performance benefits. In particular, the 3D camera software developed specifically for Linde guarantees unique detection and recognition of loads and surroundings. This improves process reliability at high lifting heights and in the case of poorly placed load carriers. The L-MATIC HD can also easily be combined with narrow-aisle truck. The infrastructure-free contour navigation means that the truck can be integrated into existing process environments without any trouble. For smooth 24/7 operation, the L-MATIC HD automatically finds the charging station when its charge level is low. The comprehensive safety concept ensures reliable protection of operators, loads, trucks, and surroundings.
